We loved the convenient location of this hotel in this city. It was just a short walk away from the bus terminal, the Tourista bus station, and everything else in Playa. Being close to the transportation hubs made it easy for us to explore the area without needing a taxi. Additionally, we appreciated that the location was away from the tourist traps near the beach, allowing us to experience a more authentic side of the city.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. the location is perfect - close to the bus station and within walking distance of everything in town. It made it super convenient for exploring the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Lastly, the rooms in the patio were cozy and well-kept, and the fact that breakfast was included was a nice touch.
No major issues, everything was fine.

Convenient location for early morning flights with a pick-up point nearby. Affordable price, clean and comfortable rooms. Close proximity to bus stands, public beach, and local Mexican restaurants. Short walk to shopping street, beaches, and Cozumel pier. Enjoyable swimming pool and cafe for breakfast. 5-minute walk to 5th avenue.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the beach, ADO bus terminal, and various shops and restaurants.
The room cleanliness and maintenance could be improved, with outdated bed sheets and towels, as well as a need for basic repairs and decorations.
